The apartment no.6 offers on 125m² a very exclusive atmosphere and has access to  the approx. 60m² roof  terrace of the house.

You may park for free right in front of the house or at a charge of EUR9,- per day nearby at a guarded parking garage.

At the apartment you will find noble laminate flooring, two modern bathrooms with large showers and a washing machine as well as three bedrooms, an open kitchen with a large dining area and a living room.

The first bedroom has a large boxspring bed (180 x 200 cm) which offers  maximum sleeping comfort. At  the second  and third bedroom  you will find two boxspring beds (each 100 x 200 cm), a bunkbed and wardrobe as well as a table and chairs.

The open kitchen is fully equipped, has a kitchen-counter and leaves no wishes open.

The living room has an extra large flat-screen TV with DVD player, a comfortable corner-sofa and a desk.

From the living room you can reach a small outdoor area via a balcony door, where smoking is permitted  and via a spiral staircase you can get to the 60m² roof terrace with Bangkirai wood of the house. Here you will find fine garden furniture in rattan look, a large parasol as well as a barbecue.
