The modern, freshly renovated 100 m² non-smoking holiday apartment (smoking on the covered balcony), can now be extended to 135 m² for groups of 7 or more with a connecting door (apartment no. 5). On request also for less persons. The thus 5 rooms offer space for up to 14 people with a fully equipped open kitchen, natural stone-marble full bath, washing machine, toilet, extra large shower and extra bathroom with toilet and shower.

The living/dining room has a very large dining table where up to 14 people can eat and drink. From here  you can access a covered balcony (smoking possible) and via a spiral staircase to the 65m² roof terrace.

The three bedrooms each have two box spring beds (100cmx200cm), which can easily be pushed together or apart as required.

Free parking is directly in front of the house and in 100m there is a parking garage for 8 Euro per day!
